“When I was first considering Metamorphosis, I thought the title was tacky and the investment excessive. Now, as I enter my fourth year, I see that the title is accurate (though still tacky, imo :)) and I have left more than one weekend feeling like the gifts of that weekend alone were worth the investment for the year.

It’s not easy to effect deep change in our lives. To alter entrenched coping mechanisms that keep us miserable but have been with us for decades and have us convinced that our safety lies in perpetuating them.  For me, there is no doubt that Metamorphosis fast-tracked those kinds of life-altering changes. There is so much about the program that fosters deep change: the kind of container that is built both by the faculty and the students, the unique opportunities for self-revelation, confrontation, exploration and even ritual that are provided by the well-held group processes, the lessons/information provided during classes and in the readings and homework, the physical spaces (built and natural), the food, the depth of inner work that a retreat style program allows for, and more.

Finally, I have also felt well-supported by the program in my journey to becoming a certified Core Energetics practitioner. It’s clear that the faculty care deeply about equipping students as well as possible to practice in this field.”
